I'm a remote worker and You can expect to pay around $1,496 for rent here. The median home value here is around $272,900, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
