First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Sanford sits at 816.8 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 62,292 people. Homes are going for about $272,900 on average. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
