Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. Rent is about $1,496/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 62,292 people. Median household income is $62,877, which feels about average for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
