Curious what people think. Been living here since 2020. With a population of 30,833, Sanford is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.
