Best hidden gems in Sanford

Hey, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $222,000 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,833 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The safety is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
