Cheapest neighborhoods in Sanford?

Curious what people think. Median household income is $54,294, which feels on the lower side for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
