Rent is about $965/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $222,000 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
