Hey everyone, Been living here since 2018. The median home value here is around $222,000, which is actually reasonable. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,833 people. You can expect to pay around $965 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
