Rent vs buy in Sanger -what makes sense?
First post here. Poverty rate is 10.4%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $346,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,131 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Sanger sits at 613.1 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for reading. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
