What Sanger does better than anywhere else

Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 10 years and Rent is about $1,131/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,515 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Sanger?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is public transit. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
