What I wish I knew before living in Sanger

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 9,302 people. With a population of 9,302, Sanger is a small town. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $88,987, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I've lived in Westside for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Lots of new development happening
- The safety scene is improving

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
