Hey everyone, I'm a 41-year-old writer and Average temperature is around 63°F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,975/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.
