Santa Barbara housing prices -when will it stop?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 88,024 people. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
