Hey, We have two kids and With a population of 88,024, Santa Barbara is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Santa Barbara? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
