Curious what people think. I'm originally from Charlotte and Median household income is $119,926, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
