Hey everyone, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider — Santa Clarita sits at 127.0 per 100K. With a population of 229K, Santa Clarita is a mid-size city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Santa Clarita? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
