Hudson Parker housing

Is Santa Cruz still affordable?

Hi all, Homes are going for about $1,180,100 on average. Rent is about $2,302/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
