Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. Median household income is $70,110, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
