Studio apartments in Santa Fe -options?
Just moved here 6 months ago and Rent is about $1,380/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
