It's a a smaller city city with about 91,535 people. Homes are going for about $1,810,200 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Appreciate any input. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
