Best coffee shops in Santa Paula?

Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,698 for rent here. Rent is about $1,698/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much stable but now it's tough.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The housing market is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
