Co-working spaces in Santa Rosa?

Hi all, I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $685,000, which is pretty steep. It's a a mid-size city city with about 177K people. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider — Santa Rosa sits at 481.8 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in West area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Affordable housing options
- The nightlife scene is decent

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..
