I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 177K, Santa Rosa is a mid-size city. Poverty rate is 5.4%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
