Curious what people think. I'm retired and Homes are going for about $653,400 on average. Median household income is $105,613, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
