Cheapest neighborhoods in Sarasota?

Alright, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $409,700 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

Used to live on the Westside side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great seafood places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much established but now it's surprisingly good.
