Co-working spaces in Sarasota?

Poverty rate is 10.6%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Hope this helps!.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Springfield. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..

Moved here from San Francisco about 12 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to healthcare but No regrets on my end..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is decent in most areas.
