I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $267,600, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Saratoga sits at 61.9 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
