Is Sargent getting better or worse?

Homes are going for about $169,200 on average. It's a a small town city with about 1,332 people. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
