Freelancing from Sartell -experience?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 17 years and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much pricey but now it's average.
