Housing in Sartell compared to New York

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Old Town area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
