Things that make Sartell unique

Hello, Been living here since 2023. You can expect to pay around $1,197 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 19,620 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think?

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Downtown area are tough. Kids love it here.
