Is Satellite Beach getting better or worse?

Median household income is $115,684, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,921/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Cedar Grove area are solid. Kids love it here.
