Living in Saugus -the reality

I'm originally from Omaha and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 28,599, Saugus is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The dating scene is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
