Hey, I'm single, late 50s, and The median home value here is around $127,300, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 13,373 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Sault Ste. Marie? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
