Dog-friendly places in Savage?

We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Savage sits at 108.2 per 100K. Household incomes average around $122,646 in Savage. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
