Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Median household income is $122,646, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $395,600 on average. Rent is about $1,608/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Appreciate any input.
