Commute times in Savannah — how bad?

Alright, With a population of 148K, Savannah is a mid-size city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
