First time home buyer in Sayre

Hello, Born and raised here. Rent is about $976/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is excellent in most areas.
