Hello, I'm originally from Kansas City and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,641 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
