Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 35-year-old marketing manager and Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- The cultural scene scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Rising rent and home prices
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
