Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $178,125, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 10,727 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
