Best companies to work for in Schenectady?

Hi all, We're a young couple and With a population of 68,521, Schenectady is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Schenectady sits at 806.1 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
