Schenectady job market vs New York

Hey folks, Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Moved here from Boston about 2 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to cost of living but It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
