Best areas to explore in Schertz?

Hey, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $96,633, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
