What's it really like living in Schiller Park?
Been living here since 2012. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 11,454, Schiller Park is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,214 for rent here. Homes are going for about $276,200 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

- Plenty of shopping options
- Active local events
