What surprised you most about Schuylerville?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $76,250 in Schuylerville. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much pricey but now it's hit or miss.
