Anyone work in healthcare in Scituate?

I'm retired and Rent is about $811/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Hot take but it's been a really good experience overall. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
