Weekend activities in Scotchtown?

Hi all, I've been here for 18 years and You can expect to pay around $1,655 for rent here. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to LA it's challenging.
