First time home buyer in Scott

Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Scott sits at 137.5 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
