Curious what people think. Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,460 for rent here. With a population of 10,398, Scottdale is a small town. Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,460/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
